These terms govern your use of the Nordiso name, the Nordiso wordmark, the N device, the app icons and any other artwork, files or guidance made available in the Nordiso brand kit (together, the "brand assets"). By downloading, copying or using a brand asset, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the assets.
These terms sit alongside, and do not replace, any separate written agreement you have with Nordiso. If a separate agreement covers your use of the brand assets, that agreement takes precedence.
In these terms, "Nordiso" means the sole proprietorship trading as Nordiso, Business ID 3588847-6, Parainen, 21660, Finland. Contact: info@nordiso.com.
The NORDISO name, the Nordiso wordmark and the N device (together, the "Marks"), and all associated artwork, are trademarks and copyrighted works of Nordiso. All rights are reserved. Downloading or using a brand asset does not transfer any ownership, title or goodwill to you.
You may not register, apply to register or otherwise claim any trademark, domain name, company name, social media handle or other right that is identical or confusingly similar to the Marks.
Subject to these terms, Nordiso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and royalty-free licence to use the brand assets as supplied, solely to refer accurately to Nordiso and its services. You may not sublicense, assign or otherwise make the licence available to any third party.
No licence is granted for use in connection with a product, service, event, promotion or partnership unless Nordiso has given its prior written consent.
You must not:
Use only the official files supplied in the brand kit or by Nordiso directly. Follow the clear-space and minimum-size requirements published in the brand guidelines. Use black artwork on light grounds and white artwork on dark grounds. Do not place the marks on busy or low-contrast backgrounds.
The SVG files are supplied for digital use. For large-format, print or production work, contact Nordiso for the appropriate master files.
Use of a brand asset does not grant any right to represent yourself as a Nordiso employee, agent, reseller or partner. Any statement about a relationship with Nordiso must be accurate and, where required, approved in writing by Nordiso.
Where space allows, the following attribution should appear near the mark: "NORDISO is a trademark of the Nordiso business." Attribution is not a substitute for permission where permission is required.
Nordiso may withdraw or modify this licence at any time, with or without cause. If we ask you to stop using a brand asset, you must stop within 30 days and remove the asset from all materials under your control. We may also request that public material be corrected or removed sooner where necessary to prevent confusion.
The brand assets are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nordiso gives no warranty and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the brand assets or reliance on these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the brand assets after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or employee protections that apply.
